My ltd company I work for within the UK turns out to be one of those companies that has a history of companies that have adjectives been set up to do the same point and then go bust as they don't foot taxes.

The current company has also built up the same description of debt and is looking to enter a Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA). I know the liquidator of the old companies and they are still working to liquidate those companies.

I want to bring down this company and its owners. I signed a confidentiality agreement so I don't know whether I can talk but I hold enough information to link adjectives companies and the owner together which can't be disputed.

Has anyone got the answer or can tell me where on earth to go to get it - ideally for free - e.g. a overnight case study of a similar case or a legal guidance site. I don't want to report this anomymously.
