Army - Military Engineer Communcations?

Im thinking of doing this job in the Army but the details on it are massively sparse and all i actually know just about it is that you will be responsible for the setting up, operation and maintenance of both voice and data pen communications systems .
Can anyone else expand on this subject pleas!
basically .. yes.

And likely will be required (and trained - in good health trained) to configure networks
ensure that the comms links work

be able to set them up fast within diffilcut conditions and fast..
keep the comms going when within field conditions..
you will be keeping the troups in touch next to base and each other.
Looking after safe and sound and cryptographic links.

Any comms equipment and that which relies on being connected to it..
aerials, masts, cable..
all yours....…

I cannot tell you what I am thinking right presently, the FCC would zap my yahoo name.

In fact, it is the perverts contained by the pentagon who could do the same.

I'll be dead by subsequent week, forbid I shouldn't support the troops while they are ogling little kids.
