Is the 2009 show Grotesque criminal to own/view contained by the UK?
I know it used to be that if a film is refused a rating by the BBFC it just illegal to sell and not introduction. However Grotesque is the first film to be ban surrounded by the UK in quite a while, and be wondering if the old law still applied?

Following a bit of a hitch near implementation the same restrictions still apply - if it is not rate by the BBFC then you cannot sell it or enjoy it in your posession for supply. If you just introduction one copy for your own use you will be ok although customs might stop it if they are feeling stroppy
Note it is 'rejected' for classification by the BBFC not banned as such.
