Does a child near a suspicion call for a visa to progress to usa?
we are going to florida in feb 11 and my 15yr daughter was caught nouns 4 years i am not sure if she was given a caution, as she did a endeavour they had going at the time which involved a meeting at local shopping nub where she met policeman,shop owner and a counsellor discussed what she had done,be she sorry ETC, they then took mug shot and finger prints.
Now my problem is was she caution and do i need to apply for a full visa for our holiday?

Its just likely to flag up at passport control, they are looking for criminals not minor crimes from juveniles from years ago. Might be saying the wrong item here but I wouldn't mention it.
