What constitutes a permant address?
living on a mobile home on a holiday park for 11 months of the year does this constitute a permant address
Answers:
A permanant address is the one that you usually live at, and
at which post may be sent/you can be contacted at.
So yes. it would be fine.
You are allowed to go on holiday also ;)
so that could easily be the month you hold to be away from the mobile site
(I assume it does not have a licence to be a permanantly occupied site...
the usual for 'holiday' home location - even permanant/non-mobile ones similar to water parks etc)
yes
If you are on the electoral register at that address and the taxman and other government (or local government) officials write to you in attendance, I would say that this constitutes a permanent address.
