Do I enjoy to share employer of a conditional discharge?
It is 4 years ago and is on my crb check
Answers:
Depends on your contract of employment, most companies require staff
to report all convictions this does not mean you will be sack but if
you do not inform them of your conditional discharge their is a high risk
you will be sacked
I'm guessing a bit, but would read aloud it depends rather on
a) what it be for and b) what sort of job it is. eg if you are an accountant then fraud might inevitability a bit of explaining and would need to be divulged.
