Define Ethics and moral?

ethics...being the moral road a culture is expected to act? Is that correct?

Moral....being the instrument a person, itself is expected to act?
Morals are blatant. Rules you never break no matter what. They are thought just exist--the word of God, the instrument things are, obvious to all.

Ethics are situational. They are usually arrived at by committee. 8^) For instance, a country have an association of lawyers who decide it's dishonourable for lawyers to advertise on TV, or to disparage one another. Ethics exchange over time based on how people give attention to, on societal norms and social mores.

The Abrahamic religions believe God is a moral God. That's why we have Ten Commandments, not Ten Guidelines or Ten Recommendations. 8^)
