Common assault and affray?
my partner currently remanded in custody for above. He has no previous convictions. The adjectives assault was against me and affray was because our 5 year hoary child was present at the time and saw it all. I hold not made a formal complaint and he has pleaded guilty straight away. What is his likely sentence?
