Does anyone know whether the Job basis follow a Code of Conduct rule inwardly the organisation?

I am aware that most professionals are legally obliged to follow a code of conduct rule, for example Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Finance Sector is regulated by the Finance Service Authority?

I would be grateful if anyone can provide me next to a website link that shows clear guidelines on the code of conduct that staff at the job focal point are legally obliged to follow.

Many appreciation in advance!
Job Centre staff are not a profession and do not own professional body. The are counter staff. They no more operate under a professional code of conduct than the checkout assistant at Tesco.

The JC will undoubtedly have a code of conduct for dealing near customers, but this is somewhat different to a legally enforceable professional code under which solicitors operate, for example.

With the former, the applicant of staff may be disciplined for breaching it, but it is not legally enfoceable by the customer.

In the latter, the client can sue if it is breached. Source(s): I'm a lawyer
