The final Act was in 2005.
It is supposed to make it illegal to discriminate against disabled folks and to make things easy for them right to be heard to obtain work or access to public buildings, or from being negatively discriminated against for example self sacked fro a job because of a disability. But what it in truth does and I speak as some one with disabilities- arthritis is sod all it is still a bugger to achieve about in some places they still wont purloin people on if a disability is seen and they will sack you for it also
