Can you appeal against a move contained by guardianship?
hey guys
i am a sixteen year old girl in caution who is meant to be getting moved into an Independence unit but i really don't want to run into it because i hate the area...
is it possible to appeal against the move??

I would have thought you should be asking this of your Social Worker, or whoever has responsibility for you in a minute. I hope you get the result you are looking for.
