Cohabitation and benefits fraud ?
hi I apply for house benefit and I didn't declare all the tenant who live with me from mistake , and today someone from the council and police come to see where I live and check adjectives the rooms and seen the rest of the undeclared tenants . Do you know what will happen after : if the Council will accept my application form or it's a fraud and I will need to salary a penalty (even I receive anything from them).Many thanks

Yep it's fraud.
You should own declared all of your tenants and for the council to own brought the police with them then they are taking it severely seriously and I would think they are planing to take you to court.
Still look on the bright side, you wont involve any benefit when you are inside as they will provide a roof over your head and three meals a daylight.
