Arrest warrant for Indian dune loan defaulters, does it come up on the airport passport system?
someone i know has left India near unpaid bank loan, which he realised at later stage.
they will not be attending court and i presume they will eventually own a warrant out against them for non payment to the court. They are still travelling various countries and come put money on to India. i was wondering if they will get caught eventually.
Will they be caught by Airport immigration or their city police
